I received an email yesterday that had this cool little list:

I’m not gonna lie, I did a little happy dance when I saw this.

This isn’t just a little list of entrepreneurs… it’s a list of strong, smart, driven, WOMEN entrepreneurs that I totally respect and admire. And THAT’S why I did a bit of celebratory fancy footwork.

I’ve been an artist all my life, but building this pathway has not always been easy. Following ones own trail gives you some purple discovery bruises. But I’ve always thrived under a challenge and pressure… almost to a fault. If somebody tells me I can’t do something I have a junior high, knee-jerk reaction of … “OH YES I CAN! Watch me!”

I think the key to thriving is using your organic nature and strength for, and not against yourself. Like a moth to a flame, I’m beaconed by this heavily road blocked course. So I’m following the current’s pull, and the swimming has never been more rewarding. I’m so thankful for this bumpy, makeshift, artistic, entrepreneurial ride that my woman’s intuition has sniffed out. Check out the list of kicka$$ women rocking it in Nashville. I am in good company!
